“ Calissa, the staff member at the takeout window, was Crazy busy. She handled it very professionally and was very attentive to every customer, apologized for the slight delay to every customer. I'm in from Syracuse visiting my mother, and It was a pleasure to see such customer service, Sonny's should be proud to have such an attentive, professional, and delightful employee. That was my first reaction while ordering my food for take out, The second was when I made it back to mom's. The food was delicious , moist, and filling . St. Louis style ribs , yummy! Pulled pork sandwich perfect, and the new smoked wings were large and meaty. So, all in all, thank you to the cooks also. Spot on! ”

“ When I was there, there was an employee at the register that must have been entering something on the register. While more customers were entering to make orders and to pick up orders, just as I was waiting for my birthday lunch order. She never looked up, or greeted or asked anyone if to help them. We were all ignored. There were other attendees, one at the bar table side helping customers and another lady running around getting orders. I knew that but, new customers entering should have been greeted and informed by this lady at the register. She may have been busy with what she was doing but, could have taken a minute to be informative and polite! This was the first time I had this happen here. I've always loved this location, before! ”
